For our growing company in Zurich, we are looking for a structured, proactive and reliable Administrative Specialist (m/f/d) who will actively contribute to our daily operations and play a key role in ensuring smooth processes within our practice.


The position can be arranged flexibly on a part-time basis. Job sharing models are also welcome.

Your responsibilities

  • Organising and coordinating the overall day-to-day operations of the practice
  • Welcoming and supporting our patients, including appointment scheduling and management
  • Managing phone and email correspondence
  • Acting as an interface between patients, the therapy team and external partners
  • Providing administrative support to our interdisciplinary team in daily operations
  • Handling billing as well as maintaining and managing patient data
  • Ensuring efficient processes and actively contributing to process improvements
  • Supporting the ongoing development and professionalisation of our organisation

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or relevant experience in an administrative role
  • Structured, independent and responsible working style
  • High level of initiative and motivation to drive tasks forward
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Friendly, professional appearance and strong service orientation
  • Confident use of common IT systems
  • Discreet and responsible handling of sensitive data
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage, but not required
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
  • Team-oriented, solution-driven mindset and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment
