Location
We are looking for a Head of Physiotherapy (m/f/d) for our center in St. Gallen.
Your responsibilities
- Management of the physiotherapy team at the St. Gallen site, both professionally and organizationally
- Ensuring high-quality treatment through support and feedback to the team
- Supporting the team with complex clinical issues
- Regular discussions with physiotherapists on goal setting, development, and feedback
- Conducting performance and development reviews
- Actively shaping an open, positive team culture and living Nextherapy values in everyday life
- Promoting professional exchange, learning, and further training within the team
- Collaborating in the recruiting process and supporting new team members
- Analyzing and further developing treatment processes and quality standards
- General administrative tasks
- Playing a key role in the further development of the St. Gallen location in close cooperation with the management team
Your profile
- Completed degree in physiotherapy (BSc or equivalent) with recognition by the SRK already obtained
- Several years of professional experience as a physical therapist, ideally in the field of neurology
- Initial experience in team leadership, coaching, or professional leadership is an advantage
- Strong team-oriented and communication skills
- Enjoyment in supporting and assisting people and developing a team
- High willingness to learn and motivation to develop professionally and personally
- Structured, solution-oriented approach to work and sense of responsibility
- Interest in actively helping to shape the development of a modern neurorehabilitation center
- Professional level of German and English
